How to Project Products?

First of all, when the types of poles to be used are clarified, the detailed measurements and weights of the equipment to be used on the poles are made by our design engineers according to the regional wind speed. This work is determined in the following order according to pole types;

• If the product is a lighting pole;

1. An information form showing the length and weight of the lighting fixture to be used on the pole is requested from our customers.
2. The desired wind speed for the region where the pole will be used is also requested from our customer.
3. If there is a special request for the products, information will be provided.
4. Our design engineers make the necessary static calculations to ensure that the pole remains intact even under maximum conditions, and as a result of this calculation, the dimensions and features of the pole are clarified with the calculations.

• If the product type is projector pole;

1. An information form showing the height and weight of the lighting projectors to be used on the pole and information on how many pieces and in which direction they will be mounted on the pole are requested from our customers.
2. The desired wind speed for the region where the pole will be used is also requested from our customer.
3. If there is a special request for the products, information is provided.
4. Our design engineers make the necessary static calculations to ensure that the pole remains intact even under maximum conditions, and as a result of this calculation, the dimensions and features of the pole are clarified with the calculations.

• If the product type is a flagpole;

1. The flag dimensions to be used are provided by our customer.
2. The desired wind speed for the region where the pole will be used is also requested from our customer.
3. If there is a special request for the products, information is provided.
4. Our design engineers make the necessary static calculations to ensure that the pole remains intact even under maximum conditions, and as a result of this calculation, the dimensions and features of the pole are clarified with the calculations.

As a result of the calculations made, our production team, together with our project department, prepares outline technical drawings of the products. At this stage, the technical manufacturability of the products is also checked. Because the measurements obtained as a result of the static calculations are difficult to comply with in the manufacturing wing, and project planning is of great importance in order to prevent these problems.

In general, although the projects offered by various manufacturers in the market provide great price suitability, there is no product suitability in terms of design. For this reason, our company carries out a very meticulous work at this stage.
